The Vernon Women’s Institute donated over 40 packs for children. (In a pack is, a stuffed animal, a book and a blanket) to the Metcalfe Fire Department and the Ottawa Police Department to handout to children in a difficult situation. This keeps there mind off of what is happening around them.
